AN UNUSUAL RECOVERY!!!!!!!!

Hampsons recovery's youngest team member Spencer Hampson aged 2 has just performed one of
the companies most unusual recoveries. He was called to his pet tortoise Sherman to assist in his transportation back home. He attended in his latest slidebed vehicle and carefully loaded him aboard with the usual care and attention with all our jobs. He then swiftly transported him home and carefully unloaded him - what a rewarding recovery!   .

ONCE AGAIN HAMPSON'S TO THE RESCUE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

POT HOLE DAMAGE

BELIEVE IT OR NOT THIS DAMAGE WAS CAUSED BY A POTHOLE ON A B ROAD IN LEICESTERSHIRE TO A BRAND NEW RANGE ROVER. IT DAMAGED BOTH WHEELS AND DEFLATED BOTH TYRES

WHEN A CLAIM WAS MADE TO LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL NOT ONLY DID THEY DENY LIABILITY THEY ALSO DENIED THE ROAD IT TOOK PLACE ON EXISTED!

AFTER SENDING THEM A GOOGLE MAP CLEARLY SHOWING THE ROAD THEY THEN PROCEEDED TO TRY AND DELAY, STALL AND DEFLECT ANY CLAIM ELONGATING THE PROCESS BY CONTINUALLY ASKING FOR THE SAME DETAILS

WITH ASSISTANCE FROM RINGROSE LAW THE CLAIM WAS FINALLY SETTLED WITH THE THREAT OF COURT SOME 9 MONTHS AFTER THE INCIDENT!

MORAL OF THE STORY - DO NOT LET THEM FOB YOU OFF AND KEEP PURSUING THE CLAIM

The driver hit the pot hole in a new Range Rover and smashed both wheels and deflated both tyres. The County Council initially would not accept liability nor indeed admitted to it being their road!
Only after submission of google maps did they accept it was their road.

The whole claim took 9 months due to Council stalling and being pedantic about invoices and repairs and the driver had to use Ringrose Law to assist with the claim which in the end was successful.

Moral of the story keep persisting if you have a pot hole claim against a council!
